Once you have finished rooting in PG you will want to find an exit, this can be done in a number of ways:

Death, this is perhaps the most common way people will choose to leave PG, a death to a mob, trap or other player will all work the same way or you could pray death to die but this will leave you with an extended death timer, once you repop you will appear at the temple of the Mad Overlord and then you can safely leave the isle with your bags full of roots or tourms..

Loosing link, Im not a fan of this way out of PG but if you loose link and idle out while in PG (Not in the safe rooms) you will come back at the temple of the Mad Overlord and then again you can safely leave the Isle.

Gohall, Will only work if you have extended gohall enabled (this costs roots everytime its used)

Recall, from one north of the safe room, will take you back to the temple in Idra

Go-home, from the top level (Not in safe) you are able to recall to your house, this avoids both returning accross the moat or death (see above)

The moat, if you are brave you could re-run the moat to return to the isle, this is not advised due to the risk of death from mobs or player and the risk of loosing all your gear in cpk, and all those hours wasted gathering your tourms and or roots will seem very costly whatever the matter.
